"Little Warty" grows in clumps of tongue-shaped leaves which stack on top of each other. Leaves are very attractive with pale green stripes and 'warts' on a dark green background. Gasteria can be propagated easily by separating the offshoots which grow from the base and roots of the parent plant.
Gasteria thrive in low light and are very drought tolerant, making it an excellent choice for beginner succulent growers or anyone looking for a low-maintenance plant. As with all succulents, Gasteria prefer a well draining soil which is allowed to dry out completely before a deep watering.
