A female Hardy Kiwi that needs a Hardy Male pollinator. “Meader” (Male) and “MSU” (female) are two new very hardy Kiwis from Michigan State University breeding. Sparkling like green or red jewels, each very sweet fruit is packed with flavor. While smaller than fuzzy Kiwi (which are not winter hardy), you can eat the fuzz-less Hardy Kiwi fruit like grapes, tender skin and all. Hardy to -25 degrees F. or below and free of pest and disease problems, you can harvest 50+ lbs of fruit from one female Hardy Kiwi plant.
