Senecio kleiniiformis is a soft succulent that is not winter hardy, with silver to sometimes blue-green leaves. Neatly triangular in shape, they resemble tiny spear heads and undoubtedly factored in its common naming. Blooms pale yellow by the end of summer and into early fall. Makes a very striking indoor plant when grown in a sunny window. Also known as Spear Head and Reindeer antlers. A rather slow growing succulent with trailing branches that often exceed two feet in length.
Thought to have originated in South Africa, there remain questions about its origin as there are no known specimens that have been found in the wild.
